A Shift. An Event. A Due Date.

Hey hey hey, my people!

Guess who’s baaaaack from her tiny break? Meeeeee! But If I’m being honest, I’m not even sure I’m back— I’m just utterly been led to reach out to y’all or Maybe I’ve just missed you sha! Who knows! 😅 Either ways, I’m back, full of fire and fresh oil, and plenty gist!

Let’s start with this one…

🎵 “Jesus Christ is Lord, My seasons are changing, God is overturning things, My life/spirit is bursting forth…” 🎵

Ah ah! You should know the song, na. You must be from our village if you do. The song writer is our village chief, and last week was her birthday! But as per Chief Duties, we’re celebrating ALL month long. We’ve had parties in Houston, London, and this Saturday, we’re throwing the biggest one yet for the Gen Z’s - Majestic Manifesto!

Majestic Manifesto 2025 is not just another event. It’s a conscious convening for E.P.I.C (Emerging, Purposeful, Influential, and Creative) Gen Z leaders who carry vision like fire and want to shape the future.

I may not be Gen Z, but I will be there (in some degreee…haha) LIVE and direct. Anyone that knows me will know that DDK has been more than a coach to me; she’s a mentor, mother, matriach, prophet, legacy leader, and a majestic model. And any chance I get, I would love to honor and celebrate her.

How to discern a change in season

Now, back to that song and what it stirred in my spirit…
It’s been playing loud in my spirit nonstop, and I realized it’s because it’s the sound of this season of my life.

Let me tell you something - discerning and articulating your season is one of the highest forms of spiritual intelligence that every believer should operate in.

The truth is that seasons are changing, but many are missing the signs. Do you know the handwritings of the Lord in your life? Can you recognize the signs, the clues and the signals of change happening in your spirit man? I want to share 3 clues I’ve come to recognize that usually signal that a divine shift is happening:

1. New Sounds:
Sometimes, it's a song you've never heard before that suddenly becomes your anthem. Other times, you wake up singing a tune in a language you don’t know, only for a friend to interpret it and you’re like, “Holy Spirit, say what now?! 😭”

2. New Voices + New Demands:
Apostolic voices, prophetic instructions, fresh consecrations... they often come when God is shifting your terrain. For me, it was Pastor Bankie back then, DDK in my building seasons, and Apostle Arome right now. These voices call you UP and OUT of your old wineskin.

3. Fire + Urgency:
Ever felt deeply uncomfortable with a life you once prayed for? That’s the Holy Spirit turning the volume up on your next season. The fire comes before the fruit. And sometimes? Restlessness is divine.

Let’s not be like Jacob in Genesis 28:16, who said, “Surely the Lord was in this place, and I knew it not.” Open your eyes, my friend. Ask God to show you what’s going on.

🔥 Speaking of fire…
